Every project starts the same way — with a conversation. We listen for the things that matter: timeline, budget, what the client is expecting to see. From there we talk aesthetics, look at whatever reference exists, and get aligned on the visual direction.
Then the work begins. We figure out what production actually needs to look like for this job, and we dial it in during pre-pro.
Not every shoot needs the same level of prep, and part of what we do is knowing the difference. Our process scales to the size of the job.
The Quick Pull
Props-only // Short timelines, limited scopeA tight turnaround doesn't mean winging it. You get a detailed prop list — what we're pulling, where it's coming from, and when it lands. Everything accounted for before anyone sets foot on set.
Studio & Location // Healthy timelines, larger scope The Full Deck
A complete production package with accompanying 3D renders.
Built in Blender, the set is rendered with variable studio lighting, wall treatments, furniture and props in place. You'll see exactly how many walls and jacks we’ll need. What EQ needs to be ordered. Every piece of furniture and visible prop in place, at scale, in situ. How color and texture play with light and space.
Ready to present during calls, and quick to adapt as needed. All the creative decisions that normally happen on set happens well in advance - saving you time and money while avoiding stress.
Studio & Location // Robust timelines, immersive scope The Miniature
Everything in the full deck, plus a to-scale physical model of the set — hand-built and 3D printed. Ideal for productions with multiple stakeholders or in-person client reviews. When everyone in the room can see exactly what's being built, in physical space and with their own hands, approvals get easier and shoots run smoother.
